Reopening Update 

Kozeta salon would like to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you who have shown your support during these uncertain times. We remain healthy and hope this message finds you in similar spirit. 

The salon is now open and operating regular hours. However to eliminate the amount of people in the salon, our stylists have rotating shifts everyday. 

We are taking extra safety procoutions to ensure that our place is safe, sanitary, and comfortable. It is our responsibility to ensure that all these measures are being taken care of. With that being said we would like to familiarize you with our re-opening policies. 

Our wonderful team have been making sure they have all the right gear to be able to provide you with their services, along with their NEW COVID-19 CERTIFICATION. We are all committed

Preparing for your Appointment: 

As much as we would love to, we will not be Shaking hands or hugging during this time, we will engage in touch-less Hello's and goodbye's. 

 

If you have a mask at home, please wear a face mask in the salon at all times. If you do not have a mask please advise the front desk when you call in, as we will have a limited quantity available. 

Our biggest goal is to limit the number of people in the salon at the same time.We will be seeing clients with appointments ONLY, any other family members, friends, pets, will be asked to stay at home. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment as we are limiting the waiting area. 

When booking your appointment we will be asking you to confirm if you are feeling well – no fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.

Please be advised that in order to achieve the best social distancing possible, we will need to make some schedule changes. We will do our very best to book you in at a time that works for you .  

Arriving at your appointment: 

Outside food and/or drinks will not be permitted in the salon. Serving beverages of any kind, magazines, and complimentary charging stations will be temporarily unavailable.

We will provide a sanitation area at the entrance, so please disinfect your hands upon arrival, using the restrooms and/or sanitation stations provided. It is advised to wash hands with clean water for a minimum of 20 seconds. 

We will be give you one time use Robes for your whole appointment, that will later be getting washed. 

During your appointment: 
Our team will  disinfect their counter, chair, and tools with 70% alcohol before and after your appointment. 

Each station will have a Plexi glass partitions, including the washbasin for more protection. 

Haircut clients will be provided with a one time use protective robe, neck strip, and  towel. Haircut clients may leave with wet hair, styled with product or put up, as preferred.

After your appointment:

If you wish to purchase any product(s), the Salon Coordinator will collect the preferred product(s) and have them ready for the end of your service.

The salon Coordinator will be disinfect the area after every use, including the visa machine and counter top.
