Kozeta Salon Celebrates 10 Years in Business
10th Year Anniversary
We packed our bags and headed to Cancun, Mexico to celebrate Kozeta Salon's 10 years in Business.
We had such an amazing time together, we cannot wait to do this again.
To say tradition marries elegance at this Greek wedding inspiration shoot would be an understatement. Using mostly neutral colours, the scene highlights romance with white decor, green florals and opulent goldaccents. To honour the traditional aspect, a stunning dress was paired with a cathedral veil on the bride. To encapsulate the Greek vision, a venue with sculptural outdoor gardens was chosen, along with faux stone columns anchoring the ceremony, olive leaf symbols on the stationery and gold gilded cakes as clever nods to Greek architecture and culture. At the reception setup, the decor was kept modern with the use of tall gold centrepiece vases and gold rimmed tableware. It all added up to be the stylish wedding theme they wanted to achieve.
To crown the Contessa winners, an über-glam gala is held every year in Toronto where the winners are announced to a full house of more than 1,000 guests. On Sunday, November 6, 1,000 industry professionals, salon teams and Contessa finalists gathered at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto to celebrate the best in Canadian beauty.
It was with great pleasure to hear that Kozeta Izeti had made it to the top 5 in Canada for the Multicultural Award. As a team, they couldn’t be any more overjoyed with emotions!
When the day arrived, Kozetas was ready with her perfect red dress from Vera Wang, and earnings from Liliane Moses Jewelry. The cocktail hour was packed with guests enjoying drinks and conversation. They posed on the red carpet for our paparazzi while the digital editor Erin Torrance and past Contessa winner Steve Roy interviewed finalists and sponsors. Of course, the photo booth, provided by Schwarzkopf, was a major hit!
The gala kicked off with a delicious meal (a highlight of the Contessa Awards every year), followed by two stunning interpretations of this year’s theme #FUTURE by Aveda and Moroccanoil.
Congratulations to all of the finalists and winners, we can't wait to do it all again next year.
